The information made available is confidential and users (including other plan rooms/bid document exchanges) cannot share information without the consent of Fowler & Hammer, Inc. It is the responsibility of the user to verify the completeness of all documents viewed or downloaded. All information used from our Plan Room is at your discretion, and without liability to Fowler & Hammer, Inc.

In preparation of our bid to the owner, we may accept and rely upon any bid you submit. Once a submitted bid is used by Fowler & Hammer, Inc. as part of our master bid, your bid becomes irrevocable.

If you print or view partial sets of plans, Fowler & Hammer, Inc. takes no responsibility for any missing labor/materials in your bid. We will assume that all bids are per plans and specs, completely inclusive of the total scope of work being bid.
